Food was good. Home cooking. Restaurant staff is friendly but was definitely short staffed. Restaurant needs a really good cleaning but look past that and have a good meal.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Food very tasty. Homemade lasagna is amazing. Make room for the cappuccino cake and the 7 layer choc cake! Restrooms need a little more care, though. Average pricing.

Cozy diner just off 64 at Zion X roads. We had a nice dinner, food was delicious, and the staff were friendly.

It used to be a good place to go but it's changed hands so many times and change the menu so many times and not for the best . Very inconsistent sometimes you get what you pay for sometimes you don't. So now I have to drive to lumpkins in Scottsville and it's always worth the trip there very consistent

We go to Crescent Inn restaurant when we go to Zion Crossroad. They have good food and the service is great and friendly.

I have eaten here many time. The service has always been excellent and with the new owners the food even better. I do miss the old jukebox selection machines gone from the booth tables though of course without a jukebox. There is plenty of parking even for big rigs.

Old fashioned small town diner. Mozzarella sticks were just okay. Chef salad was packed and pretty good, except hard-boiled eggs were overcooked (outside of yolk was that grey-green color). My BLT would have been good if they had not forgotten the "L".

Not far off the highway, good food, friendly staff, neat little diner. The fries were a standout for me. Not your average out of the bag kind of French fries - very crispy on the outside, soft middle, skin-on. Either they're hand cut or a great facsimile.

We stopped in with 14. The food was fantastic, the service was top notch and we will be back when traveling through the area. The chicken livers are the best I have ever had out at a restaurant. Those that had the Hamburger steak, Rubens, Burgers and grilled cheese all raved about their food.

Ordered the special “Monte Cristo” a few months back during lunch break and got toasted bread and one slice of cheese and about 2 pieces of ham. Really disappointed. Service was fast and friendly otherwise I would of made the rating a 1 star based solely on the food. Would go to fast food in the area over here again after that horrible sandwich

I've eaten here before, but my most recent experience found the service and the food lacking. Ordered the steak and cheese omelet w/fried potatoes. 25 minutes later the food arrived cold. After eating the potatoes by hand I had to go get my own utensils!

My family use to love the Crescent Inn until tonight. I called like I always do to place an order to pick up. The owner or the cook answered the phone stayed it was after 8pm and they don't like to take orders at this time. It was only 7:50pm no after 8pm. Told me I had to come in to order. I let the owner/cook know we order all the time. She stated she have people that order but don't pick up food. Well I'm not one of those people. Due to her actions my family order from Dogwood and Crescent just lost good customer's.

Needed to stop for lunch on our road trip home. Read other reviews about the food so we made Crescent Inn our choice and were not disappointed. Fried chicken is tasty and moist, catfish light and flaky. Salad was better than most - had lots of veggies. Service was super.

This unassuming restaurant packs a surprising punch. While visiting my cousins, we were looking for a local place to eat after another restaurant closed for the day and ended up deciding on Crescent Inn. Upon first inspection, I thought this was a very basic restaurant and didn't expect much from the food. I was VERY pleasantly surprised to see that the children's meals were substantial. My husband ordered the signature salad which was not only delicious but also beautifully plated. My Shrimp Fettuccini Alfredo had an excellent, fresh flavor. I would definitely eat here again.

Had breakfast. Nothing special. Pancakes were substantially thick and tasted good. A bit skimpy on the home fries and if my toast got buttered in the kitchen, it evaporated on the way to the table.

This was my first time at Crescent inn, cozy atmosphere, friendly staff. Samantha was awesome! the food was very good we all had something different, mozzarella sticks, catfish, was delicious,cheeseburgers,fries, spaghetti and cheesecake,I must say It was worth the 25min drive,most definitely will eat there again soon!

My wife and I had been to Monticello. We were hungry. Went here based on the reviews. We we're very pleased. Our waitress was sweet as can be. She recommended a couple items on the menu. We ended up getting the chicken tenders and county fried steak. Everything was good. So good we got 12 pieces of chicken and a huge cinnamon roll to go. This is an older restaurant. So don't expect a shiny new place. But the food and service are top notch.
